​I am passionate about social change. I enjoy working in spaces where I can contribute to a positive impact for my community especially fellow women and girls.

 

I'm interested in learning more about everything. My mind has always been openly curious.

​

I enjoy spending my leisure reading, hanging out with my loved ones and new people. I love to travel as well.

​

I hope to discover new ways in which I can improve the lives of women in my community especially young mothers. With the pandemic, schools were closed in my country and so many young girls ended up getting pregnant. I want to learn different ways I can help them bounce back either back to school or create alternative livelihood solutions for them.

I believe this is a collaborative program organized by young people working to create a positive impact in their communities. I believe that through CEF I will build partnerships with fellow young people operating social enterprises and projects aimed solving global challenges facing their communities.

Our programming takes place on the ancestral homelands of the Coast Salish Peoples, who have lived in the Salish Sea basin, throughout the San Juan Islands and the North Cascades watershed, from time immemorial. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, particularly the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
